Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years or older to sign up for a membership to The Blackfox Den and must meet ALL legal requirements to purchase or possess firearms in your jurisdiction. By using our website, you represent and warrant that:

You are of legal age to purchase a firearm or apperal in your area.
You are not prohibited from owning, possessing, or purchasing a firearm under federal, state, or local laws in your area.
You are not purchasing firearms on behalf of someone who is prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm.

Compliance with Firearms Laws:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws regarding the ownership, poseession, and purchase of firearms. We reserve the right to:

Refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect any violation of applicable laws.
Require additional verification or documentation before processing any order.
Ship firearms only to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. in accordance with U.S. federal law.

Membership Accounts:
To access certain features of this website including pricing, you must create a membership account. By creating an account with us, you agree to the following:

Provide accurate and current information.
Maintain the security of your own login credentials.
Use of this account is strictly for personal use. Business accounts are forbidden and will be removed.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violete any of these Terms or applicable laws.

Prohibited Conduct:

By using our website or services, you agree not to:

Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
Misrepresent your eligibility to purchase firearms.
Attempt to bypass any legal restriction that would apply to you.
Post or transmit any offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
Interfere, tamper, or exploit the functionality or security of this website in any way.

Due to our partnerships with manufacturers in our industry having unilateral MAP policies, members of The Blackfox Den are expressly prohibited from sharing, posting, texting, emailing, or otherwise disseminating any pricing related to our products that are listed on our website. Doing so will be considered a violation of our policies and these Terms of Service and are grounds for immediate termination of your account and membership benefits. This does not include pricing related to the cost of our memberships.

Intellectual Property:

All content on the site (text, logos, images, graphics, and software) is the property of The Blackfox Den or its licencors and and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content on our website without our expressed written permission.

Recurring Billing and Membership Subscriptions:

Membership plans offered on The Blackfox Den include recurring billing (monthly or annually), as described during the sign-up process.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you agree to the following:

Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
The applicable membership fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Authorization

You authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of each renewal cycle until you cancel.
If your payment method fails, we may attempt to process the payment again or suspend your account until payment is made.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting customer support at support@theblackfoxden.com.
Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time during the billing period.

Changes to Subscription Plans or Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription terms or pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through your account dashboard.
Continued use of the membership after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Discount Program for Military, Veterans, and First Responders

We proudly offer a 20% discount on membership rates to:

Active duty military personnel
Military veterans
Law enforcement officers
Firefighters
EMTs and other first responders

To qualify, you must:

Provide valid documentation verifying your status (e.g., military ID, DD-214, department-issued ID, official agency email).
Submit verification via our secure membership sign-up process or by contacting us at support@theblackfoxden.com.
Each request will be evaluated individually and approved/denied solely by The Blackfox Den.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate your access to the site at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Product Sales and Restrictions

All purchases are subject to the following conditions:

Please ensure the product(s) that you are purchasing are the correct item as we do not accept returns;
In instances of a manufacturer’s defect on a product, you must notify us within 5 days of the product being delivered;
We only ship product within the United States;
Firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer;
You are responsible for choosing a valid FFL and arranging pickup;
We will only ship to states and cities where the items are legal;
You must complete any required background checks at the FFL dealer;
Some products may be restricted or banned in certain jurisdictions (e.g., high-capacity magazines, certain types of ammunition);
Due to shipping restrictions, firearms cannot be returned to The Blackfox Den;
You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in your location.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use or misuse of a product;
Your failure to comply with applicable firearms laws.

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind unless expressly stated.

Manufacturers Defects / Damaged Items:

While all sales are final and we do not issue refunds or returns, we understand that, from time to time, a customer may receive an item with a manufacturer's defect or one that has been damaged during transit.

The customer is responsible for notifying us of the defect or damage within 5 days of receipt.
Customers must notify us in writing at support@theblackfoxden.com.
We may ask you to provide pictures of the item to support your claim.
If the item is determined to be defective or damaged, the customer must return it in the original packaging.
